Blastoise Lv.52 SW
Good morning, this is Greenzangoose here to help
with today’s COTD. Blastoise has always been pretty
good (Even in unlimited.) And this one is no
different. With a hefty 120 HP, Blastoise won’t be
OHKOed very easily. The poke-power on this guy is
amazing, choose as many water energies in your hand
as you want and put them on any of your pokemon as
you like. Wow, only one problem, it ends your turn
afterwards. Oh well, who needs one turn when you
have energy. The attack is O.K. 50 + 20 for each
water energy not used to pay the attack cost
(Combo’s well with himself.) With two extra energies
he can OHKO that “Monkey-like friend of Delcatty”
Infernape. The Lightning weakness is pretty good as
not many people play Lightning (Or, not near as much
as fire or colorless.) And two retreat cost is a bit
big, just enough that you need to play around it a
little.

Modified – Combo’s well with any water or colorless
pokemon that needs 3 or more energies (Gyarados,
