Ursaring Lv.38 MT
Hey there everybody, life treating ya good? =D
Today’s COTD is one that hasn’t yet been abuseable
enough to be used widely yet. 100 HP is just enough
to survive the “Flaming fire factory” Infernape and
any other pokemon that can do 90 (Unless they have a
strength charm or plus power…) the fist attack is
risky, 30 + confusion and all of your opponents
attacks do 60 more damage to all active pokemon next
turn. This attack could very well be broken if it
wasn’t for the fact that is basically a 50/50 chance
of KOing either pokemon. If they get heads, the
attack does not only what it would normally, but 40
more damage too. If they get tails, it does 30 due
to the normal confusion damage plus 60 due to
Ursaring’s attack effect (I might be mistaken, but
that’s how it looks like it works.) The second
attack is great, 60 damage for 4 © doesn’t seem
good, but 80 is O.K. and 100 is great. If only there
was an Unknown that did the opposite of K – Kind
(Kind heals the opponent’s active pokemon by 20)
because then you could easily do 100 damage per
turn.
Pros –
100 HP is enough to survive OHKO from most things in
modified
100 damage to match the 100 HP
The effect of getting the 100 damage isn’t too
difficult
Bad Temper
All of this on a Stage 1 pokemon!
Cons –
High energy cost
Weakness to fighting (Dang you Mario)
2 retreat cost is a bit big
Bad Temper
Unlimited – Sneasle is faster, stronger, and most
likely smarter than anything in Modified. 1/5
Modified – Dang, once someone (me) figures out a
combo with this card it could rock 3.75/5
Limited – 100 HP, colorless, stage 1, common basic,
lots of damage, sign me up! 4.75/5
Dangit! I can’t figure out what combos well with
this card, =P
“He who laughs last didn't get it.”
