Pika HP:
Unlimited 1/5: His attacks are sub par at best , he doesn't
have a very good evolution to go into , and he is just
virtually unplayable in Unlimited.
Modified 4/5: This is the Pikachu of choice for 90% of the
"Delta" decks out there. 50 HP , Delta Species Pokemon , and
he evolved into someone with free retreat. A great starter
and good anytime you have a raichu in your hand.
Limited 1/5:Let's face it , in Limited everything is going
to be based off an attack. This Pika's attack are not very
good thus it rercieves a very small rating.90% of the
time(Pre D/P) you won't even be able to POWER his bottom
attack due to lack of Metal Energy...

Delta phantoms
pikachu
The blue background really shows off Pikachu on this
card. Lovely artwork indeed. Other delta pokemon have an
aura of their new type whereas pika here has none.
Simply, the number one pikachu in modified. He benefits
from metal energy, has 50 HP and delta on the card. All
great things for a basic pokemon. His attack even lets
you do 10 before you evolve, so a double rainbow can be
attached to delta Raichu and KO castform with no
discard! If this card didn't exist neither would Raieggs
or many other Rogue Raichu decks.

Pikachu d: The
attacks are too weak and over priced, but if you play
delta, then have at it.2/5 |
