Limited - OHKO most of your opponent's Pokemon for 3 energy.
Miraculous Light can keep it alive for quite a long time.

Today we review Latias.
Name: Latias Lv. 45
Set: Great Encounters
Rarity: Rare
Analysis: Latias has a great resistance (fighting). Its
HP is something to be desired, but with ability to heal
itself ('Miraculous Light'), it can last until it can
unleash 'Mist Ball'. Needing to have and discard two
different kinds of energy for the attack can make it
tricky to pull off 'Mist Ball',
especially without being able to use Double Rainbow
Energy. Its retreat cost is low, but it has a bad
weakness (Colorless). I really don't see it being used
much, but I could be wrong.
Modified: It has potential (needs the same energy as
Salamence from Secret Wonders) but I don't see it being
huge. (2/5)
Limited: Heals itself and can hit big. Bad weakness and
discarding energies are not good. (2.5/5)

Wow, is it Friday already? Today’s COTD today won’t see
near as much play as its HP version. Even still, 80 for
(Fire)(W)(C) with (Fire) and (w) discard isn’t good at
all. If you want to do damage with a discard go for the
“Big Bomb Blaster” Infernape or the new Blaziken from
GE. This card just isn’t worth it all around, sorry for
such a short review.

Cons –
Horrible attacks
Discard for those horrible attacks!
Modified – it can’t even abuse scramble energy… 2/5
Limited – 10 for (C) and heal 20 is the best thing on
this card for here. 3.75/5

don’t think this will work. Even if you find some way to
effectively charge this 80 damagde is too small an
amount and its hp is lousy.
Its
first attack is usefull in limited to stall and it may
be played if your already in the right colors but its
not an auto include and not a first pick in any way.
