OK, so let's see, another Great Encounters card which is
a reprint of an older one... :/ Today we have Palkia,
which is an older reprint which does have a new Lv X.
Name: Palkia Lv. 67
Set: Great Encounters
Rarity: Rare
Analysis: OK, so Palkia has 90 HP which is great for a
Basic Pokemon, and even better since it has a Lv X.
Special Rend is pretty good, allowing you to search for
any Stadium. It would be better if you could immediately
put the Stadium in play with the attack. The second
attack is really expensive for what it does and not
really worth it. Its lighting weakness is not bad, but
the heavy retreat cost of 2 is. Trust me, this is only
good if you have the Lv X. You should not be playing
this alone!
Unlimited: No way, absolutely horrible. (1/5)
Modified: Not good here either, only use with the Lv X
and Switch for a 'Gust of Wind' effect. (2/5)
Limited: Energy-specific and overly-priced attacks make
this guy a no-no. (2/5)
