HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Sorry about burning the caps for a
moment but… I hope you have all had a grand holiday
season! (I know I have.) Alright, onto the COTD!
Today’s COTD is the stage one to the only non-attack
mass energy accelerator pokemon out right now (May
change with DP4 GE and Togekiss.) But the card isn’t
Blastoise and I’ll keep it like that. =P The HP is
decent for an evolving stage one, and the retreat
cost is livable. The attacks aren’t too good but 50
for a boost or 40 for 2 (w) is decent. Not much else
to say, use it if you use Blastoise, don’t if you
don’t.
Pros –
Only 1 retreat cost
50 for a boost isn’t bad
Cons –
Needs to evolve
Rare candy > Stage 1 pokemon
Unlimited – stage 2’s here? Forget about it. 1/5
Modified – use it only with Blastoise. 3/5
Limited – same as above, but can do OK w/out
Blastoise because of shell attack. 3.75/5
