Cacturne
Modified - Hmm Cacturne..... I see nothing special about
this one. The attacks are below average and risky. It looks
like something from Base Set, like Sandslash or Dewgong. 1/5
Limited - I guess any attack that only needs colorless
energy is cool, but only 20-40 damage? Blah. 2/5 |

Name: Cacturne Lv. 36
Set: Great Encounters
Rarity: Uncommon
Analysis: Cacturne is kind of like a bad version or
Sharpedo. It does less damage, has a higher retreat
cost, and a bad bad bad Weakness. Needle Arm is a makes
up for less damage by requiring the Defending Pokemon to
have only 1 damage counter on it. Regardless, it's still
not good.
Modified: Not good at all. Low HP, bad attacks, and a
horrible weakness. (1.5/5)
Limited: Slightly better here, but any playable
evolutions are good. (2/5)

Cacturne Lv.36 GE
Hola amigos. Today’s COTD today is one that will see
basically no play at all. Low HP, Bad weakness, bad
attacks, and horrible basic. It just isn’t worth it
all around… Sorry for the short review but, the
worse the card the shorter the review.
Pros –
Nice resistance…
Cons –
Low HP
Bad weakness
Horrid Basic
Bad attacks
Modified – I can justifiably say 1/5!
Limited – you can use pin missile in a colorless
loving environment… 3/5
First 1/5 I’ve ever handed out in Modified!

Cacturne
The
first attack is flippy and thereby pretty useless. The
second attack on the other hand can bring a few KO’s if
you can prepare the bench. Nonetheless DCC is A LOT to
invest in a poke with only 80 HP. Psychic resistance is
good but not enough to justify the use of this card.
