Well, this is a really great deck!  I found very little that needed
changing, most of which are opinions of mine.

First, the pokemon.  Fossil Magmar and Promo Mewtwo are ok, but I think you
could use another Ditto, or if you prefer, a Chansey.  Take out one
Kangaskhan, because he’s just too slow and a major burden to retreat.  The
one Mew isn’t that great, but there really isn’t a substitute for him.

The trainers are almost perfect.  However, if I had my choice, I would
remove 1 Gambler (you already have 2 Fuji which work with Mewtwo to prevent
you from decking) and add another Bill.
