Well, she's done it this time. My cat has an annoying habit of puking wherever she's sitting, as opposed to, say, getting down. It's always been a source of frustration for my mom, like the time she puked while sitting on the end of the stair railing. All over her umbrella and right into her shoe... But this time, she must have been sitting on top of my cards, because guess what I found all over them! Luckily, I had them in card sleeves, so no massive damage was done. I had to carefully remove the cards from the sleeves and wash the sleeves off. But, enough about my cards; let's take a look at yours. Oh, and watch that spot on the floor.

Overview

I've never been to great with Raindance, but I'll see what I can do. Raindance relies heavily on Blastoise, so you'll want more Breeders and Blastoise in there, and a lot more card drawing to pull them out and get the Energy you need for Raindance. The Hitmonchan offers an interesting angle, but it contradict's the strategy of Raindance by being a non-Water type. Since it's part of the strategy, though, I'll try to keep it.

Pok閙on

If you want Hitmonchan to be part of the strategy, you need more. However, once Blastoise is active, you'd probably be better using one of your water pokemon. Hitmonchan would work best as an early game attacker until Blastoise is up, or as a late game attacker if you run out of Water Energy. Let's start by adding two Blastoise and two Breeder and getting rid of the Wartortle. Since it's grass, let's drop the Scyther. Two Hitmonchan just isn't worth the space they and their Energy take up, add two more.

Trainers

We've got to drop some of these to get the deck back to 60 cards. You also need more card drawing. Let's take out the Gambler (unpredictable), Switch (unnecessary), Potions (ick), and Removals (don't have enough room to have many), taking us to 56 cards. Add another Bill, Professor Oak, three Computer Searches, and drop the Trader to get you to 60.

Energy

Let's drop two Water for two Fighting. Here's the deck:
Pok閙on (16)
4 squirtle
4 blastoise
2 lapras
2 articuno
4 hitmonchan (hitmon part of title)

Trainers (20)
3 pro. oak
4 bill
3 energy retrieval
2 g.o.w.
4 computer search
4 poke breeder

Energy (24)
6 fighting energy
18 water energy
In my opinion, the Hitmonchan is kind of an uneccesary complication. I like the advantage over 'Buzz, but you could take them out, add some water Energy and add a couple more Pokemon, or some Trainers like Energy Removals. Especially since the Fighting Energy draws space away from the Water. However, since 'Buzz is very popular, it will help you there. Energy Retrieval is your friend here. Good Luck!
