It never rains but it pours.
That's about the best way I can think of to describe what the past couple of
weeks have been like. It's been very confusing. But I'm all right now. Spike's
back, and he's (mostly) his old self again.
I have to apologize. After ignoring my mailbox for awhile, I determined last
week to try and get some progress made on responses to people. I figured if I
could respond to 10 decks a night, that would make 50 a week, and it would only
take a few weeks to work through all of it. It seemed to be going fine. About
ten decks Monday night, then about the same amount Tuesday night. Wednesday
night, I didn't get to the decks for one reason or another. The week was pretty
much a write-off from there, as a bunch of issues kept coming up for me to deal
with, including a last-minute article for an upcoming issue of the magazine.
Ah, well. Nobody's perfect. I'll try and get to it next week, really I will.
On the other hand, I've been spending some time getting in contact with a few
old friends. I even ran into someone whom I haven't heard of for about a year.
So things are looking up.
Now then, the letters. Only one for me this week. It seems to have been a quiet
week. Maybe people didn't want to disturb me. *rolls eyes*

Consider it done.
SPIKE'S RANDOM THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Damn, I can't come up with something. Ah well. I can take a week off, and then
come up with something witty next week. And that's okay!
Next week: Something new and exciting! Or maybe not! We'll see!
