    The object of the deck is to attack with scy and rattatta and build up wiggly on the 
bench. I have the bill and oak and challenge to get wiggly hiting for 60 in a short time. 
RSA and Lass are used to get rid of ER and SER that can destroy this deck. SER are used 
for disruption and the GOW are there to get prizes. PC SEARCH is there to get wiggly out 
and attacking. I think that this deck is okay but it still needs help. THANKS!!!!

Overview
Looks Okay, but could use some touch ups.  Shouldn't need too much though.

Pok閙on
You should run 4/4 Wiggly line in a turbo Wiggly, so add another Wigglytuff.  Rattata is by 
far a lesser choice than something like Buzz, Chan, F Magmar, Mewtwo, etc.  Take out the 
Rattatta for 4 of any BBP of your choice, such as those I just mentioned.  

Trainers
Add another Com. Search and switch the Challenge! for Item Finder.  You definitely need 
PlusPower, so drop the RSA or Lass, whichever you're more comfortable with (Either will 
work well enough on its own) and drop the SER since No Removal Gym is running rampant, and 
add four PlusPower and two Scoop Up.  

Energy
You don't need 16 basic with only one thing that takes colored Energy.  Take it down 
to 9 Basic and 3 Full Heal, as well as the DCE.
