The strategy would
be to put Piloswine Active,then Freeze the opponent,on the next turn,put in
Murkrow and Mean Look him.Then,Murkrow remains in play and Faint Attacks the
Benched Pokemon

First of all I have to say no matter
how good Quilfish looks, don't use it. So take out all 3 of them and put in 3
more Cleffas. I'm assuming the Cleffa you have in there already is Neo Geneses
if not take it out and put in a Neo Geneses one. Every deck should
have at least 3 Cleffas. Now take out the Remorades and Octillerys for 2 Tyrogue
(my favorite card to use in a deck) and 2 more Piloswine. Add another Murkrow
and 2 more Piloswine (We'll take out later). Now your Pokemon line should
look like this:

20 energy is a bit to much so take
out all 3 Double colorless out because nothing can make use of it now that
we took out the octillery line. Now get rid of 3 water energy then add
two additional dark energy for murkrow. Now you should
have:

First of all take out all of the Energy
removals and replace them with Super energy removals. Then trade both the
potions for 2 focus bands. Now get rid of both the Bills and Moo Moo Milks and
add 4 Professor Oaks. Because Plus powers only work on your opponents active
and Murkrow is directed towards the bench, get rid of both the plus
powers and add 2 more Rockets sneak attacks to get rid of your opponents double
gust. And lastly, trade one of your healing fields for another Nightly garbage
run. Now you should have:
