Hmm, here's
another original deck. Looks like fun. ;)
==========
Giovonni's
Deck
Pokemon(21)
4 Giovonni's Nidoran
4 Giovonni's Nidorino
3
Giovonni's Nidoking
4 Giovonni's Meowth Lv.12
3 Giovonni's Perisan
3
Giovonni's Pinsir
Trainers(19)
4 Giovonni
4 Giovonni's Last
Resort
4 Professor Elm
3 Switch
2 Gold Berry
2 Viridian City Gym
Energy(20)
4 Double Colorless Energy
16 Grass Energy
My
strategy is that I try to get out Giovonni's Nidorino out as fast as I can
using Giovonni first then using Professor Elm 2nd to hopefully get it by my
at least my 2nd turn. My healing trainers is 2 Gold Berry and the Gio Last
Resort. Basically I beat down using Nidorino's rend by the 2nd turn using
Double Colorless until I have enough energy attached to Nidorino to evolve
into Nidoking then I kill them off easily. Perisan and Pinsir are there as
my
backup support especially Perisan who has a resistance to Psychic since
Nidoking has a weakness to Psychic. Switch is there to quickly change
pokemon
if I have to (Few HP left, Status Condition, and because of high
retreat
cost). Viridian City Gym is very self explanatory and is especially
good
later in the game when I use the trainer Giovonni.
Please if you
could tell me What I need and could you please try to keep the
deck with a
Giovonni Theme.
Thanks

Wow. A completely Giovanni based deck.
This is a definite first. I'll do my best to fix this.
Well, first of
all, we need to get rid of some of these cards. We'll stick to the Giovanni's
Nidoking line, but we will have to toss the rest of the Pokémon out the door.
/me kicks them That frees up 10 spots, but we won't use up all of them. Since
getting necessary cards doesn't seem that hard for you, we'll add in some better
cards of the Unlimited environment to make this deck stand up against some big
baddies. =/
Add in 3 Cleffa from Neo: Genesis. Cleffa is just too much of an
advantage to give up in any deck. Cleffa can give you a new hand on the spot
(barring any special effects from the opponent or any baby flips). A new hand of
7 cards. Quite possibly the most broken card in the Pokémon
game, along with Oak and Computer Search.
Next, add in 2 Scyther because
these guys are still playable in reference to most Haymaker decks and Grass
themed decks. To finish the Pokémon up, play two Ditto to take care of what
Nidoking and Scyther can't take care of.
Pokémon: 18
4 Giovanni's
Nidoran
4 Giovanni's Nidorino
3 Giovanni's Nidoking
3 Cleffa
2
Scyther (Jungle)
2 Ditto
For the Energy, just take
out 5 Grass Energy and add in 2 Recycle Energy.
Energy: 17
11 Grass Energy
4 Double Colorless
Energy
2 Recycle Energy
Like I have said
about 3 or 4 times, the most interesting part (yet agonizing) of the
deck is Trainers. Many people opt to go with Professor Elm most of the time,
while some are advanced and have Professor Oak and Computer Search. If you
decide to make a deck in Unlimited, your best choice of draw power and searching
ability is with Professor Oak and/or Computer Search. Now, if you play Modified
more, some people may play Professor Elm in case they don't want to throw any
Special Energy away. But, whatever the choice, make sure you have reasoning to
back your decision(s). Anyway...
Take out 1 Giovanni, 2 Giovanni's Last Resort, 2
Professor Elm, and 1 Switch.
Now add in 4 Professor Oak. Professor Oak is
just about as broken as Cleffa is, if not more. So, if you doubt it, just look
at the number '7' on the card, and see if you understand. If you do, congrats.
lol Anyway, add 4 Computer Search as well, since these too are good. Add in
another Gold Berry. Then, some support essentials come into play. Add in 2 Gust
of Wind, and 2 Nightly Garbage Run. Then, add in a No Removal Gym just for
precautionary measures seeing as how most decks in Unlimited run crazy amounts
of energy disruption.
Trainers: 25
4 Professor
Oak
4 Computer Search
3 Gold Berry
3 Giovanni
2 Giovanni's Last
Resort
2 Professor Elm
2 Switch
2 Gust of Wind
2 Nightly Garbage
Run
Hope you had as much fun as I did while
fixing this deck. ;D
