Well Andrew, this deck will take some time since it is in Unlimited form right now, and the theme or strategy seems to be extremely flawed. Since the deck and it's theme will be transferred over to the New Modified like you wanted, everything will probably be changed.

First of all, I'll drop some of the Unlimited cards that you are playing since you want to change the format of this deck. So, with that imprinted in your head already, I'll actually begin to fix the deck. -_-;

Take out the 4 Computer Search, the 2 Professor Oak, 3 Super Energy Removal (or Retrieval lol), the 4 Item Finder, and the 2 GoW. That frees up 15 spots for me to work with. :)

Looks like you are somewhat ready to play in the new format, since you play 3 Tyrogue. :OO Drop 1 Tyrogue, no matter how tempting it is to go up one more. Now, add in another LC or Fossil Fastly, then 4 Dark Haunters, since they are decent enough to play without Breedering into Dark Gengar. Plus, you can't attack on turn 2 with Dark Gengar, so you don't lose any advantage when you play Dark Haunter. Then, add in a 3rd Dark Gengar.
Now, drop the whole Scizor line. Steelix is a much better choice for any Metal deck. Keep it 2/2 since you aren't using him as the main focus of the deck. Then, add in 3 Cleffa. Like I have said a couple of times before, Cleffa is either more or just as broken as Professor Oak. He is JUST THAT GOOD. ;\

For the Energy, add in 1 more Metal Energy and 2 Full Heal Energy just in case Steelix goes to sleep or is poisoned. Also, take out one Psychic Energy to make some more space for already tightly packed Trainer section.

For the Trainers part, drop the Moo Moo Milk. Once again people, NO MATTER HOW COOL IT LOOKS, do NOT add it in your decks. ;x Also, drop the 2 Breeders since you won't use them anymore. Now, add in 1 more Professor Elm, since they are probably the next best 'Oak' in the new Modified format. Now, add in 4 Pokémon Trader since they are just to good to be true in the MMF. Then, add in 3 Double Gust since we are kind of limited on space. :\

Just a suggestion - try to squeeze Time Capsule in, somehow. I couldn't find a way, maybe you will when you playtest. Or maybe you won't need it since everyone else plays one already. :\
