Hey Souper! I was recently comparing this deck to an
Arcanine deck. Arcanine can do 80 and 30 to itself on
turn 3. But Moltres could do 90 on turn 3(with Blaine)
So, here is my deck.

STRATEGY: I have unusual cards in here so I should
explain. Mistys Wrath is to get the cards I need, plus
the discarding will be covered by Blaines Moltres
anti-decking attack. Ticle Machine I use for
disruption and it is not that costly if I play it when
I'm stalling with Scyther. But, THE only card I don't
want you to take out is Blaine's Moltres. My whole
deck is based around him.

Overview
>From a structural standpoint, the deck is pretty well built. But I really don't like Blaine's Moltres. To get Moltres pumped on turn 3 you'll need 5 Fire Energy, a Blaine's Moltres, and two Blaine. That's 8 cards total, and 3 different kinds. Once you manage that you have a 50/50 chance of either dealing 90 or sending it back to the deck and starting all over. That's risky and not very efficient. If I were you I'd rethink that one, but I'll keep it in since you said to. In that case you need some reliable backup.

Pok閙on
Blaine's Ninetales is cheap, good, and would benefit from Blaine as well, so let's add a 4/4 family of them too. Moltres isn't reliable, which makes it risky to completely focus the deck on him. Past that, the Pok閙on look okay.

Trainers
You'll need a lot of card drawing and energy retrieval. Some of these should be dropped to make room for Energy and the Ninetales too... Let's take out Tickle Machine, Goop Gas, Lass, Misty's Wrath, an IF, a Bill, and the RSA.

Energy
Not enough. Moltres alone takes over 1/3 of what you have now. Let's go up to 17 Fire.
