Vulpix!
Presumably Spike wanted me to fix this deck to see if
I could keep myself from tearing apart a modified Zap
deck. But no fear. This is actually one of the better
ones. You guys don't get to see some of the stuff that
Spike recieves. I do. Some of those decks will haunt
my dreams forever.
Anyways...
*Pokemon* You know, I only have one complaint. That's
that your Pikachu evolution isn't superb. A 4-2
evolution isn't the most efficient configuration. Try
dropping a Pikachu, and later we will put in more ways
to search and draw cards so you will be able to get a
Pika when you need him. Your Psy Pokemon are all
great. I don't like Mew that much (see Spike's
comments in last week's Letters) but leave him if you
want.
*Trainers* Yes, you do need more. Start by adding
another Oak, another Search, two more Bills, and two
more ERs. Drop at least the Super Potions, and I would
really drop the regular Potions as well. Add in more
GOWs since they suit your theme. Other trainers are
optional--Retrieval, for example, if you have energy
problems. Why don't you put in Item Finder while
you're at it--it never hurts.
*Energy* 28 energy is too much. But I'm not sure what
you'd use the space for. Drop as much energy as you
need to make the deck work, down to about 22 minimum
(but I don't think you'll go that far.) Keep the
amount of psy slightly higher, but make sure you can
get electric energy when you need it.

20 Pokemon:
4 Gastly
3 Haunter
2 Gengar
3 Jynx
2 Mew
3 Pikachu
2 Raichu
17 Trainers:
2 Computer Search
2 Oak
4 Bill
4 Energy Removal
3 GOW
2 Item Finder
23 Energy:
11 Electric Energy
12 Psy Energy

Play with the energy. If you consistently need more,
drop the Item Finders, or maybe a Bill and a Gust, to
put in another Oak, Retrieval--whatever helps you get
it.
You know, this deck is starting to look kinda
familiar...
