Thanks for sending in a good bench destruction deck
(WITHOUT Magneton *phew*) and giving a coherent set of
explanations for it.
1) First of all, I'm going to assume that where you
didn't list the sets of your Pokemon, they're from
Fossil. This would be supported by your description of
Haunter as a "staller" and Zapdos as a "bench
destroyer," but it never hurts to be certain. First of
all, I think you can probably drop the Scythers. They
are great Pokemon, but you need the space, and you've
got plenty of other Pokes that are immune to
Aerodactyl--Gastly, Mime, Zapdos, and so on. Let's use
one of the slots for another Fossil Raichu and hold
the other slot for now. Other than that, I think we're
done.
2) Your trainers look good, but they don't go quite
far enough. Bill--you're right, but you'd be amazed
how many people it's not obvious to. ER--well...I
don't know what their mommas give, but if they're
anything like the kids at League...I wouldn't wanna go
anywhere NEAR their mommas (let alone take what they
have to give.) Everything else looks great. There is
one thing you need--can you guess what? Oak! Now,
where to make room? Well...we've already got a card
slot from earlier. I would take out a Bill for the
second Oak, but you can remove 1 of some other trainer
instead if you like. Why don't we put in a couple of
Energy Retrieval while we're at it...and take out,
hmm...a Gust. You could also take out a Search.
3) Now we'll make room for that other Retrieval by
cutting an electric energy. I seem to be getting on a
Retrieval kick for some reason. Other than that, your
energy looks good. Play around with the precise
balance, and add more card drawing if you have
trouble.

Looks good. You know, I have never played against a
true bench destruction deck. I don't see them that
often. And that's sad, because it's a theme that's
become truly viable with the advent of Fossil. I say,
it's time to ditch the old archetype decks and make
some new ones!
Actually, what I'd really like to see is an
Articuno/Gengar deck called Icy Bench Manipulator.
Ta for now.
