>My main strategy is to evolve Cubone to Marowak for it's call for a friend sending out the heavy hittters. Gambler, Bill, and Professor Oak are used to draw the cards out more quickly.

>Hmmm...you're main strategy is Call for a Friend but you only have one Marowak in the deck?  Usually not good to use attacks that don't damage in a Haymaker so so I'd recommend taking the whole line out, the important thing is having fun so if you really want to leave it in.  The rest of the deck looks like a decent Hay.

Pokemon
To be honest, Hitmonchan is the ONLY reason to play with fighting, If you don't have 3-4 of him in the deck there's no reason to go with fighting at all.  There is also a reason why Electabuzz is in most decks... he's the best basic currently in the game! Up his count as well.  Movie Pikachu can certainly give Raindance a hard time, and also powers up quickly so you may want to consider Riachu.

Trainers
Plenty of card drawing means you need to win quick or else get decked.  Plus Power, Energy Removal and Gust can all be quickly dumped out of your hand before an Oak or Gambler and help keep you on the offensive.

Energy
Again, with all the card drawing I thought you had a bit much so I scaled it off a little.

3 Hitmonchan
2 Hitmonlee
3 Electabuzz
3 Movie Pikachu
2 Raichu
3 Scyther

4 Bill
3 Gambler
4 Energy Removal
2 Super Energy Removal
2 Oak
4 Plus Power
2 Gust of Wind

Hope this helps!  Have Fun!
