Normally if you name a deck after a certain pokemon you have more than just
a single copy of it. Also the toxic part of the title seems wierd as there
are no nidokings in sight to do their "Toxic"  attack. Well i guess it's
just a meaningless title after all.

The deck does need alot of work; especially in the multiples department. On
to the fix!

Pokemon:

Lesse here, you need more of the better pokemon and less of the bad pokemon.
It's really that simple.

Here's the pokemon critiques:

Mr.Mime: Can't be removed as he is part of the decks name. Put in two more
of these.

Gastly Line: These are all great... well as long as they are all fossil that
is. Put in a 4-3-2 ratio and your done here.

Drowsee line: Too many psychics already.

Jigglypuff: Might keep these in as anti-mime.

Lickitung: Only one of these? Whats the point? He's gone.

Koffing line: I DO like koffings, but not the weezings at all. I may keep in
a couple koffings in the final.

Grimer line: Ummmmm, why do people always put Muk's in decks with other
pokemon powers? Because i'm already using Gengar these have to go.

Ekans line: I wish these guys could find a spot in a competitive deck but it
just hasn't happened. This wont be their first appearance.

You can expect to see Scyther's in the final version too.

Trainers:

The final listing explains my changes well enough.

Energy:

There are too many. Cut some out and make more room for more trainers, and
four DCE.

And here's the final version:

Pokemon(18)
4 Gastly (Fossil)
3 Haunter (Fossil)
2 Gengar

3 Mr.Mime

4 Scyther

2 jigglypuff (Didn't want koffing as they give the deck too many weaknesses
to psychic)

Trainers (18)
4 Bill
2 Professor Oak
2 Computer Search
3 Gust of Wind
3 Scoop Up (there are enough basics to use these)
4 Plus Power (makes it possible to kill a BBP with a 60 damage slash and one
of these on your second turn)

Energy(24)
8 grass energy
12 psychic energy
4 Double Colorless

----------------------

The best way to play it is too beat up the opponent with scyther (or
jigglypuff if need be). Then either slowly cursing a certain pokemon till
it's knocked out, or sending out mr.mime and gusting out the injured and
finishing him. Haunter can be used to buy you some time if need be.

I don't think this deck will do well at all against psy based stall decks
though, as they can easily get rid of cursed damage before you can finish
off the pokemon.

Hope this helps.
