The strategy is two get pidgeot out by turn 2 with pokebreeder and
urricane there only basic for the win(i use DCE.Raticates Back him up
and scyther is nice. Get rid of they're pokemon. Raindance are no match
for pidgeot. Blow 'em away and they cant evovle quick, they'll run out
of breeders.

Pokemon (20)
4 Pidgeot (The whole point of the deck<nice HP,Good retreat and an
awsome attack>)
1 Pidgeotto (Low HP,Mirror Move can be useful but isn't worth it)
4 Pidgey (if you don't have pidgeot OK)
3 Raticate (Super fang turns the defending pokemon into scraps)
4 Rattata (first turn 20 damage, swell,otherwise weak)
4 Scyther (this badboy is in many good decks)

4 Bill (two cards mayseam measly but it works good)
2 Professor Oak (duh)
3 Pokemon Breeder (for pidgeot)
2 Item Finder (awsome card)
2 Computer Search (search for a missing evolution link)
3 Gust of Wind (hurricanescan't be without winds)
2 Super energy removal (diruption)

Well alot of were to go on this deck depends on the metagame. If in your
tourneys you see Rain Dance, Damage Swap and other decks were volving is key
I would stick with this poke mix as it is. If your tourneys have alot of
Haymakers we need some major changes. First you'll need to take out the
Raticate line, their low HP won't keep them out long enough to do much
damage to a haymaker. Add 3 Electabuzz, 2 Kangaskhans and 2 Switch with the
new open slots. To speed the deck up swap the Pidgeotto for a Breeder. And
take out the 2 SER's to add 2 PokeBalls.
