Thanks for your submission Trishna. However, before I get started on
helping you with this deck. Let me clear something up that you may have as
a misconception about Pidgeot's Hurricane.
[3] Hurricane (30)
Unless this attack Knocks Out the Defending Pokemon, return the Defending
Pokemon and all cards attached to it to your opponent's hand.
In your strategy section, you commented the idea behind your deck was to
hurricane your opponent's benched pokemon and then kill the active one for the
win. This can not happen. First, Hurricane affects the _Defending
Pokemon_. This is the same thing as saying 'Your Opponent's Active
Pokemon', just less wordy. Hurricane can not be used on pokemon on your
opponent's bench. Second, Hurricane is an attack, which means as soon as
you Hurricane your opponent's active pokemon back into their hand, your turn is
over and it is their turn... and during their turn they could replace that
pokemon onto their bench. As long as they have 2 pokemon in play (1 active
and 1 benched), you can never win with only Hurricane.
Now that that is clear, let's see what we can do for your deck. It looks
like the basic premise is bench damage or returning the active to your
opponent's hand. Unfortunately, these two premises don't work well
together. If you do a lot of bench damage, and they bring one of them
forward, you hurricane it back into their hand... then next turn when they
replay it, they have a fully healed pokemon again. Erf. Not a good
thing.
So what does the KittyFox recommend? Choose one of the themes and go with
it. Either bench damage or hurricane/energy removal. Energy Removal
is perhaps the best theme to mix with Pidgeot. I'm going to provide you
with how I would do each of those decks here. First, a bench damage deck.
