Good golly! I have a deck almost exactly like this. It's a fun one
to play
around with. Oh, and make sure you have exactly 60 cards. =)
Pika and Rai look great. I'd like to see another Buzz at least. The
Zappies are good -- but don't focus on them. Try to make Buzz your
priority. Spearow/Fearow are good... and Scy is nice. The pokemon
look
good.
Hm... trainers could be better. You don't have a whole lot of E, so I'd
drop the super-duper potions. You mentioned replacing the pokéballs -- do
so ASAP. Replace the Maintenance with SER... they're worth the discarding
cost. GoW is also critical in this kind of deck. I'm not sure you'll
be
able to find room, but Scoops are great if you can squeeze 'em in.
Overall pretty good -- I like the mix of fighting weakness and resistance.
Helps a lot against Hitmonchan. You also have a low-retreat thang goin' on
here, which is always helpful. Good job, and good luck.
