Isn't Toby a dogs name?  Either way brainiack, you may want to read the instruction booklet a wee bit closer.  Your opponent "MAY" draw 2 extra cards... no soup for you Sparky!  (The scary part about this is this isn't the first time somebody has sent me a deck with this strategy... "shudder")
