Hey, my name is Carlos my skill level is most likely intermedite.People at my
league use haymakers,raindance,and wigglytuffs or there own deck. My strategy
is to get out Venusar as quick as possible and control the energy and use
neat little combo with his power.

3 Pokemon Centers (put all the energy on one pokemon that is not hurt and use
pokemon center)

Hey, Carlos....

Well, I have to admit here that I chose your deck for nostalgic reasons.  Venusaur was my very first successful deck, and was a favorite of mine for a long time.  Let's see what we can do with it. Sounds like people are using fairly fast decks in your area, so the fix will speed  up your deck.

Pokémon:

Remove the Venomoth line and add Scyther. This will eliminate the evolution and save you set up time.  Lickitung is a staller and just too slow, so let's go with Pinsir to increase heavy hitting.

Trainers:

Increase your Oak ad Comp Search. Get rid of breeders, which are useless in a fast deck with no switches.  If you get out Venusaur with no available energy, he is only gust bait.

Energy:

Decrease your Grass count and add DCE.
