Just a quick note before I get to the deck fixing: if you want me to fix your deck, include some sort of strategy with your deck. Reasons for why cards are there, what you're trying to do with the deck, and stuff like that. Also, if you send me your deck twice, I'll delete both of them. It'll make the deck meching process a lot easier, and my inbox won't be flooded quite as much. ;O

try to do damage while chansey's out. power up Blaine's Rapidash and Magmar
then wreak havok.

If those Magmars aren't already Fossil, they need to be. Base has too little hit points, and Fossil has good stalling capabilities with its Smokescreen attack, giving you time to build up the Rapidash and Chansey. Take out the Elekids too. They can do damage while you're building up an active Chansey, but Magmar would be a lot better to do some quick damage while you build up Chansey. Elekid has to get heads to do any damage, and Chansey would be getting hurt while you build it up. With Magmar, Magmar can take up the damage that can get past Smokescreen, leaving Chansey healthy. Add in two Cleffas in place of the Elekids.

Cut down on the Gold Berries, Nightly Garbage Runs, and Gust of Winds to make room for another Oak and some Lass. Lass is REALLY good at disrupting the opponent's hand, and it combos well with the Cleffas we added. Everything else looks nice.

All we need here is to drop some Fire Energies to fit in four Double Colorless Energies. Both Blaine's Rapidash and Chansey need DCE to work their best.
