I must admit, I kinda like the theory behind this deck. Clefairy/Clefable is a really good way to dish out some good attacks for a really low cost. Electabuzz is a super solid Pokemon for it's cost. Fossil magmar is another good solid attacker for a low energy cost. Thus far, it seems we have a theme of low energy attacks. Let's roll with this.
For the Pokemon, jack the Fairy/Fable up to 4/3. This will insure you see it. Let's drop the Golbat line - it's not really needed. Adjust numbers a little bit, and you get the following ratios:
4 Clefairy
3 Clefable
4 Electabuzz
3 Fossil Magmar
--
14 Pokemon Total
Energywise, we have now dropped a color and are running real low and tight. Let's look at the following ratio:
8 Fire Energy
7 Electric Energy
--
15 Energy Total
Yes, this is REAL low, but we will have no problem with it after trainers.
With trainers, Energy Search and Pokemon trader are the only two I disagree with. Energy Retrieval and Night Garbage Run will work great in here, as will Bill. Try these out:
4 Bill
3 Professor Oak
3 Item Finder
3 Computer Search
3 Gust of Wind
3 PlusPower
3 Night Garbage Run
2 Energy Retrieval
4 Energy Removal
3 Scoop Up

Give this deck a try, and see how it works for you.
