Well, first of all, you have made a huge mistake in constructing the
families.  You will never want to run 1/1/1 in a Pokemon family...not as of
now anyway.  Since you are calling this a Magmar deck, let's turn it into
one.

  Fossil Magmar is the only Magmar you should be playing in the tourney
scene right now.  3-4 is how you should run them.  As for the other
families, I would either run the Growlithe family or the Vulpix family and
run 4/3 in which ever one you pick.  3-4 Ditto should also be played, as
they appear in almost any good deck, and are incredibly powerful when paired
with Scoop Up.  As for the colorless portion of the deck, you should run 4/3
Clefairy or Jigglypuff.  Both are incredibly powerful and extremely
underplayed on some tourney scenes.

  Now the Trainers.  The deck will need mucho card drawing and searching,
since you are running evolves.  3-4 of the following would be good to throw
in here:  Comp Search, Oak, Bill, and Item Finder.  Those should relieve all
of your seek-and-find problems.  You mentioned and energy drawing problem.
Well with the right amount of card drawing and 2-4 Energy Retrievals, you
shouldn't have a problem.  You hit the energy pretty much on the nose.  The
only other thing I could suggest is to add maybe 1-2 more Fire Energy in the
deck.  Other considerations for the deck would be:  Gust of Wind, Energy
Removal--4/4...but with the way you might run the deck, you may not have
room, or even PlusPower.  The only way to find out what you need is to play
your deck as much as possible, and play against each of the other good decks
out there
