Overview
Looks like your average Mono Fire, with the exception of Moltres. He's usually only good
in stall decks since his attack is so unpredictable. Let's move on...
Pokémon
Let's take out those Moltres first. When the whole attack relies on a coinflip, it's too
unpredictable. The Rapidash line is okay, but take it down to 3/2. Flareons aren't really
necessary, though they'd probably work just as well. That can be a personal choice. I'd
take out one Ninetales to balance the family, and add three Scyther.
Trainers
Add one more Bill and Oak and a couple Com. Search. Take out the Gambler, they're like
Moltres, too unpredictable. Take out one Gust of Wind, two should be enough.
Energy
Just take out four Fire and add three Double Colorless.

I didn't change much here, just tweaked the Pokémon a bit and added some more card
drawing. I didn't have much time so I tried to pick a quick one. Good luck!
