Okay... while you could have worded your strategy a tad bit differently, I decided this was worthy of a detailed look. Mainly because I've never so much as touched a Nidorama deck and I wanted to see what I could do with it.

1) Hm, yes. This deck wants the 4-4-4 Nidoking evolution, as much because the guy kicks ass as for any other reason. But you don't want to make Nidoqueen any beefier than neccessary. You may want 4 Nidokings, but you only need 1 Nidoqueen, really. So drop Nidoqueen to 3-2-2-- probably the lowest form of the evolution that can possibly work. Actually, no-- we'll be going to 4 Breeders overall, so you can probably go to 3-1-2, because Nidorina kind of sucks. We're just putting one in to guard against Mew, and later TR Vileplume. You can probably do the same to the Nidoking family, dropping to 2 Nidorino for a 4-2-4 evolution. (I want to state emphatically here that this is a VERY SPECIAL situation. Sending decks in with these kinds of evolutions normally mandates a blow on the head.) Hmm, how many Poke do we have? 16, not at all bad. Now another thing: Get Muk out of there! He doesn't really do anything, he makes a hideous psychic weakness even worse, and at 2-1 he's pretty much useless. Put in some basics inst
2) Hmm, you've got a couple of good ideas. Ramp up to 4 Breeders, and put in 4 Computer Searches. These are essential 'cause you've got to assemble all the different parts of your combo strategy. (Calling this deck a combo is probably sacreligious, but who cares?) Now, put in Oaks. Bills are nice, but if push comes to shove, keep Oaks over Bills. This deck needs to draw a LOT of cards, and do it quickly. I also like Item Finder here, and Switch is definitely good. GOW, normally a prime card, comes pretty far behind on our list of priorities. As for the energy removal... Hm. Well, normally I love this card. But in this deck, if push comes to shove, screw it.

3) With Scyther and Kangaskhan, you want DCE. They can also be used for Mega Punch, Horn Drill, and Thrash, and can even pay retreat in a pinch. Try running 4 DCEs. Also, since you have relatively low attack costs, grass energy should be one of the places you look for space.

Now, here's a reluctantly assembled list of what your deck might look like:

***

19 Pokemon:

4 Nidoran M
2 Nidorino
4 Nidoking
3 Nidoran F
1 Nidorina
2 Nidoqueen
2 Scyther
1 Kangaskhan

19 Trainers:

4 Computer Search
4 Pokemon Breeder
3 Oak
3 Bill
3 Switch
2 Item Finder

22 Energy:

18 Grass Energy
4 DCE

***

Hmm. Well, I think this deck has better chances of going off now. Some actual drawing and searching power helps. I have never thought these decks were that solid in the first place, but I've tried to make this one be the best it can be.

Now, I must go purify myself.
