Ok, I dink my sinuses are feeling less sduffy. At least now I can
communigate. See, now that sbringtime is in full bloom, it's once again dime
for my allergies to get the best of me. Of course, allergies aren't any
exguse for missing work, so I'm stuck here. That and I can't trust my
segretary not to make any bonfires in my absence.

Led's go into my inner office here and work on your deck. The medication
is starting to releive some of the pressure. C'mon..OW! I just walked indo
the hatrack. Apparently, my eyes are sdill a bit foggy. Just guide me to my

Elegtric...fun! I like electric Pokes, too bad they've got a very
exploitable weakness: Fighting. There's plenty of ways to get around this
though.
So let's start with the Pokemon you've selected...hmmm..They're all
pretty well chosen. Four Electabuzzes is pretty much required in an Electric
deck, as are Pikachus. The Jungle Pikachu is the best one that's widely
available, but if you've got the connections, I'd suggest 4 of the Movie
Promo Pikachus. They can fetch their own Energy and deal a whopping 50
damage for an evolvable Basic. As for the Raichus, I'd stick with the Base
Set ones. Fossil Raichu isn't all that spectacular and comes with reduced
HP, as does the Dark Raichu. Dark Raichu requires you to be extremely lucky
with your coin flips to get the maximum benefit, so scratch that. Stick with
the Base one. He does good damage too. Finally Zapdos...use the Base one
here too. There's more damage potential. Zapdos is pretty much a cleanup
hitter, but also an Energy Removal magnet. This is why you probably won't
require more than 2, so remove one. Scyther is a very nice antidote to
Hitmonchan, as is Zapdos, so leave him be. That should wrap up the Pokemon
portion.

I'll be right back. I'm feeling a little clearer now, so I'm going to get
me some more coffee. Those antihistamines sure make your mouth dry.

(More fumbling and knocking over of things "Dang hatrack!")

Ok, I'm back with java to spare. I brought the pot. Now we can look at
those Trainers. They're all good Trainers, but you're missing some crucial
ones. The Bills and Oaks all look good however. What you do need is some
Computer Searches. I would add 2 to this deck. It's such a crucial card in
the current Pokemon environment, that to not have a couple at your disposal
is a huge handicap.
Nightly Garbage Run is a very good card, but this deck does not rely on
any insanely low levels of anything, so 4 is a bit of overkill. I would
honestly lose 1 or 2 in favor those Computer Searches. 2 will still be
enough to recycle the Energy and Pokemon you need midway through the game.
The Gusts of Wind are very good. Keep them as they are.
Mr. Fuji is nice, but since Raichu and Zapdos bring higher retreat costs,
this negates the advantage of Fuji reshuffling in the Energy. Instead use
Scoop Ups. They're effectively the same for rescuing Pokemon, but can save
the Active which is what this deck will need. 2 Scoop Ups is just right.
Just grab me another cup here...there it goes. Premium Hawaiian
Blend. :) Continuing...
In place of the energy Removals, I'd put in 4 Super Energy Removals. The
handicap to your opponent is doubled while there is actually very little to
you since you control which Energy of yours is ditched. If you lose one on a
Promo Pikachu, you can always pull a new one out of your deck.
Lastly, remove 2 of those Electric Energy for a pair of Item Finders.
This card is a necessity for when a game goes long and you've gotta get just
one more Gust of Wind or Super Energy Removal to win.

Energy..Well you're doing OK. I removed 2 Electric for the Item Finders
which leaves you at 17 Electric. Reduce this to 15 and add 3 Full Heal
Energies. There's a lot of poison and paralysis going on out there and it's
best to have insurance. 15 Electric is a good amount still. Just don't
become overly wasteful with Zapdos or Promo Pikachu.

As I bottom out this cup of coffee and pour myself another, let's recap
this here deck fix and pound you out a decklist...AHCHOO!! Dang!

4 Jungle Pikachus (Or Movie Promos if you can get them.)
    3 Base Set Raichus
    4 Electabuzzes
    2 Base Set Zapdos
    3 Scythers

    4 Bills
    3 Professor Oaks
    2 Computer Searches
    2 Nightly Garbage Runs
    4 Super Energy Removals
    3 Gusts of Wind
    2 Scoop Ups
    2 Item Finders

    15 Electric Energy
    3 Full Heal Energy
    4 Double Colorless Energy

This deck is now just a bit more streamlined than it was before and better
abel to handle adversity. One tip: You DO want to use SER on Raindance
Decks. Do you ever. Regardless if you've got the weakness advantage, a fully
pumped Blastoise won't care. Against Blastoise SER and Lass are your best
friends, beside Electric Pokemon.

Well I pronounce you cured. Please pay my secretary as you leave. Don't
spend too long outside, those pollens are murder. I see I'm out of coffee.
Well I'll just go brew another pot so I can take another antihistamine pill
here. Let me just get it out of the little tab thing...eh? What's this? A
warning...what's it say?

                     "Do not take with caffiene"

Something tells me I'll be passing out any moment now, so kindly instruct
my secretary to call 911 as you go, OK? I bet she planned this...she knew my
penchant for Hawaiian Blend and gave me these cursed pills! She's evil!
Downright evil I tell you!! Ohh I'm not feeling well suddenly...

                           Good Luck!!
Dr. Crash Landing right on the floor...
