Wow! This is a very interesting twist on Tuff, and I like it.
I don't
see many things that I disagree with. So let's get to it.
Switch, Gambler, and Boss's Way--OUT! Very sub-optimal.
You also need
more Basics. Add another Bill(s), Item Finder(s), and more Basics. I
would
suggest Scyther for his Res to your Weakness. You also definitely need at
least 2 Scoops, probably 3. Everything else looks like it will work.
Just
test it and tweak it and you will have one of the most interesting Tuff
decks out there. (I use interesting when trying to let someone know that
there deck is bad, but I don't want to tell them. j/k =P) Well, that
should
do it. Thanks for the deck, and good luck.

Howdy, my name is brok and I am a hardcore Poke-Gamer from Gameboy to the
TCG. Here is my latest creation "Evil Wigtrio"..
Pokemon 17
2 Ditto
2 Hitmonchan
3 Rocket Diglett
2 Rocket Dugtrio
4 Jigglypuff
4 Wigglytuff
Trainers 27
3 Bill
2 Oak
2 The Boss's Way
2 Challenge
2 Gambler
3 Energy Retreival
3 CPU Search
1 Itemfinder
3 Gust
3 Nightly Garbage Run
3 Switch
Energy 16
10 Fighting Energy
3 Potion Energy
3 DCE
The main strategy of this deck is the typical Wiggly strategy, get the tuff
guy out by turn two fully pumped and use a Challenge as an aid for his main
attack Do The Wave.. I threw in a little extra present to put the pain on
the
opponent, Dark Dugtrios PP Sinkhole..This deck is fairly new and did well in
the non-sactioned tourneys but before I tackle the big boys I decided to get
some help from the big boys ;-)
