Well, because of my trip and a school project, I was short on time this week. And that normally means

My deck is a sort of hay-maker, I hope to get buzz out, do my damage quickly,
then have jynx meditate after buzz is finished, I also have kangashhan in my
deck to be a staller in case i need to build my guys up, i have mr. mime for
the heavy hitters like rain-dance decks and for guys who's moves do over 30
damage. Lastly I have a movie mewtwo in case i need him, i hope to get more
though, since one is not enough, I would really appreciate your help to make
my deck better, Thanks for your time.

Overview
It looks like most of the work here is in the Trainers, but the families need a little work too.
Other than that, it's your average Haymaker with a couple interesting Pok閙on choices thrown in. You're
also at 61 cards.
Pok閙on
First, Kangaskhan, with his high attack and retreat, doesn't really fit too well in a Haymakerish deck. Fetch
is nice, but Haymakers generally run lots of Bill and Prof. Oak anyway. Take out the Kangaskhan and one Jynx
and add three Mewtwo, one of the strongest basics. In fact, take out the other two
Jynx as well, and add two
Scyther. Mr. Mime can take care of Meditate.
Trainers
You have a lot of not-so-useful Trainers in here, which could be dropped in favor of some better ones.
Let's drop the Defenders, Potions, Super Potions, and Pok閐ex. That frees up some space, and we can use
that for some more card drawing Trainers. Add another Bill, two Prof. Oak, and a Com. Search. Since you
don't have evolutions or much diversity of Pok閙on, drop the Trader, and take the Pluspowers up to four.
Switch can be nice, but four is pretty heavy, especially since everything has a 0, 1, or 2 retreat.
Drop two Switch and add four Energy Removal and two Super Energy Removal. You should be able to get by
with two Gust of Wind, drop one of those and add an Energy Retrieval, to help you recycle lost Energy.
Energy
Drop four Psychic in favor of four Double Colorless, to help out Scyther and retreat costs. Let's see
the finished deck:
Pok閙on (13)
4 Electabuzz
3 Mr. Mime
2 Scyther
4 Movie Mewtwo
Trainers (22)
4 Pluspower
4 Bill
2 Prof. Oak
1 Com. Search
2 Switch
3 GOW
4 Energy Removal
2 Super Energy Removal
Energy (25)
11 Psychic
10 Electric
4 Double Colorless
Looks improved to me, especially the Trainers. One of the slightly longer Haymaker fixes... Good luck!
