If I had a nickel for every person who's thought they were the first person to
come up with the Wiggly/Challenge strategy, I'd have enough money to buy myself
a new identity in New Zealand. But this has something (Hypno) I hadn't thought
of too much.
1) All of your Poke are very good, and I honestly can't find anything to nitpick
about. Well, wait a minute... if you're using Rocket Mewtwo, then I shouldn't be
fixing this deck because it isn't legal yet. I'm not sure which Mewtwo is the
L30 one (and I'm too lazy to look it up) but I think your best bet here is
everybody's absorbing friend, the Movie Promo Mewtwo. Also, don't forget to use
TR Drowzee... much better than the Base set one. That's about it. Your Pokemon
are pretty straightforward, so they don't need much tuning.
2) Trainers look good... the one thing you really, really need are Computer
Searches. I'd take out a Garbage Collection (or whatever the hell it's called)
along with a Lass in order to fit these in. Other than that... you look good...
you've got the essential basics here. Not really too much that needs to be done.
3) Energy's a little low. But that shouldn't matter, since Mewtwo gets energy
back and Wiggly uses DCE. Hypno's your only really energy-hungry Pokemon, and
you can live with that since he does 20 while you are charging him up. (Or you
could just stick with Drowzee for a while and laugh at your opponent as he tries
to wake up...your choice.)

4 Jigglypuff
3 Wigglytuff

3 Dark Hypno
4 Mewtwo
4 Challenge
2 Here Comes Team Rocket
2 Oak
3 Bill
2 Garbage Thingy
3 ER
2 SER
2 Lass

If you start having energy problems, consider dropping the SERs for another
regular Removal and perhaps another Garbage Retrieval. That's about all. Oh, and
keep in mind that nobody in their right mind will accept your challenge if
there's so much as a Jigglypuff anywhere on your side of the board. They might
not catch on to Hypno immediately, but they'll wise up to that too. So keep in
mind that you can only fool people so many times with the same trick; after a
while, they'll simply let you draw your two cards.
