Sup Monkey??!!
I've got a deck for you
today to repair:

3 Pikachu (Neo)
3 Raichu (Base Set)
3 Ponyta (Base Set)
3 Rapidash
2 Electabuzz (Base Set)
2 Magmar (Fossil)
2 Scyther (Jungle)
1 Scizor
Trainers:19
4 Pluspower
2 Bill
2 Challenge
2 Gold Berry
2 Scoop Up
2 Pokemon March
3 Energy Removal
2 Super Energy Removal
Energy:22
9 Fire
9 Lightning
4 Double Colorless
Attack with Pikachu,
Rapidash, and Raichu with Agility and use Pluspowers.
Use Electabuzz and Magmar when I'm low on energy. Use
Scyther for fighting Pokemon, and Scizor for other
Scythers.
Thanx

Howdy. Let's see what I can come up with here.
Pokemon:
Looks pretty good here. Drop the Scizor though.
Two evolution lines is usually the max that I would go,
and you only have one Scizor in there, so it's the best
one to take out.
Trainers:
Big thing here is your lacking draw power. Four
Professor Oaks are a must in today's fast environment.
Computer Searches and Item Finders also help get more
cards faster. Lets add in four Oaks, four Computer
Searches, and three Item Finders. For room, take
out the Pokemon March, Challenge, and Bill.
Pokemon March and Challenge aren't very helpful, and
against Sneasel or Wigglytuff, it'll hurt you more than
help. Bill has lost a whole lot of power in the
past few sets, so we dropped those too. We have
other means of drawing cards.
Energy:
Just cut down a bit on the Fire and Lightning Energy
to make room for the trainers we added.
Revised Agility Rules:
Pokemon:18
3 Pikachu (Neo)
3 Raichu (Base Set)
3 Ponyta (Base Set)
3 Rapidash
2 Electabuzz (Base Set)
2 Magmar (Fossil)
2 Scyther (Jungle)
Trainers:19
4 Professor Oak
4 Computer Search
3 Item Finder
3 Pluspower
2 Gold Berry
2 Scoop Up
3 Energy Removal
2 Super Energy Removal
Energy:19
8 Fire
7 Lightning
4 Double Colorless
I was one card over, so I took out one PlusPower.
Three should be plenty since you're not relying on
a first turn kill or anything.
