Alright, its a Gengar deck, haven't seen one of these in a long time. Lets see what I can do for this deck real quick! Since I am still in the spirit of Halloween, lets fix up this ghost deck.

First we have the Pokemon: I hope those Gastly are Fossil, but if they aren't for some unknown reason, make them Fossil. =/ Drop a Haunter. We are going with Breeders a bit later. I mean how many Haunters do you want going at the same time? Drop a Gengar, again, too many, 3 is sufficient. Alright, I don't like Mr Mime anymore, plus you are playing enough powers, you are begging for a Muk to come your way. Drop the Mimes for Chanseys. Stall, and deal heavy damage? Sure!

Next we have the Energy: Drop 3 Psychic, for 3 Psychic. Thats it! Not much to change here...

Finally we have the Trainers: Drop the Super Energy Removals. We are gonna go with Lass/Ecogym instead of denial. Drop the Elms, I can see your reasoning for them, but just use Cleffa if you need to. Drop the Focus Bands, dunno why they are there. Get some Gold Berry in there for healing however. Up the Breeder count to 3, getting faster Gengars is always nice. Add in 3 Lass, and 2 Ecogym, and we are done. These cards will help you with energy conservation.
