Strategy
Looks like a normal psychic deck that tries to get out an evolution fast. We're going to have to make it a lot faster though, and add other options to get around psychic resistance.
Pokémon
I think we need to do some serious changes here, mostly, changing these to Gym Pokémon. First of all, drop the Drowzee and Hypnos. Drop the Abras, Kadabras, Alakazam. We're going to instead use Sabrina's Abras, Kadabras, and Alakazams. Play four of her Abra with 50 HP, that's proabably her best. I think 2 of her Kadabras will be good, since we can throw in a Breeder too. 2 of her Alakazams will make the deck focused on this Stage 2 evolution. Drop one Scyther, two will be enough. Change the Jynx's with Rocket's Mewtwos, they work great with the Zam. And, to top it off, two movie promo Mewtwos, Absorption is great, and even better with the Alakazam. 2 open slots.
Energy
Your energy is way too high. Drop to 12 psychic, and play 4 double colorless to help Scyther, Tauros, even Alakazam, and for retreating. Add one grass, that's always interesting! 9 open slots.
Trainers
It's okay to play one of a trainer. It's not okay to play one each of 10 trainers. It's too hard to get what you need that way, and you will draw one unusual card at the wrong time this way. Drop two Switches and the Potions. Switch is a card you can play one of, and will be your Full Heal. Drop the Full Heal. Switch ends status effects, too, unlike Full Heal. Defender is better with Pokémon that damage themselves. Pokédex isn't worth it, just Oak and get it all. Drop those, and finally, drop the last Blaine's Last Resort- Blaine's Last Resort is a card that is TERRIBLE to play one of, the whole idea if to get 2+ in your hand soyou can get 5 cards without having to use up or discard your entire hand for a maximum of 5 cards. With more than one you can use it, and use it again if you use up the 5 cards you drew. Comp Search is better than Trader here, you can discard psychic. 18 open slots.
I think we should try adding
more speed and searching. Add 2 more Oaks to keep some speed, and 3 Computer
Searches to get evolution and get psychic in the discard for Mewtwo. Add
3 Item Finders to get back much of the stuff you'll want to re-use, like
3 Energy Removals(add 2) and 3 Super Energy Removals that you should
add. Super's nice with Mewtwo. Add a Nightly Garbage Run if you have to discard
your Alakazams or Kadabras early game, and to fight decking yourself. One
breeder can be useful if you want to try to Absorption immediately. Replace
Bill with another Gaze. Add a couple Lass for when you have a nice advantage(like
having a powered Alakazam out), and one Resistance
Gym.
And we're done! Let's see what the final deck looks like.
