---Deck Fix---
Seems like a flawed Haymaker. You have Kangaskhan and Electabuzz, two cards that work very differently. I think we should focus on Electabuzz here, and get some more help from fighting too!
With your Pokémon, drop 1 Buzz, 3 works good. Take out the Kangaskhans, Hitmonlee and Machops, and move up to 3 Hitmonchan, which is like a better Machop. You'll need to stop other fighting, since they can hurt your Buzz, try 3 Scyther, they're almost always useful. Try 2 Ditto, it's a great surpriser with colorless. -1 open slots.
With your energy, we can take out some fighting, 12's way too much, slim it down to 7. Add a 4th colorless. 3 slots.
You need some essential trainers and speed. You can get away with one less PlusPower. Take out the Poké Balls, you can get your basics with Bills and Oak. Poké Ball is a sorry excuse for an evolution searcher, anyway. You don't need Super Potions, Potion, or Defenders, you can heal your Pokémon with Scoop Up(we'll talk about that in a second), take out 1 Switch, ones good enough, the two Pokédex aren't worth it, just Oak for the cards and get 'em all. Take out a Bill, 3's good enough. Take out the Retrievals. 15 slots. You need a Nightly Garbage Run to help against decking and to get energy back. Add 1. Add a 4th Oak, and 3 Item Finders to get your many trainers back, and 3 Computer Search to get the Oak, PlusPower, whatever. 10. 2 Super Energy Removals can cripple your opponent's Pokémon even better than Energy Removal, and a Narrow Gym should really shut Wiggly down because you also have Chan. lt can also kill the No Removal Gym. 6 slots. 2 Scoop Ups should help you get your damaged, low energy Pokémon back to your hand. That helps your high retreat Pokémon, and a damaged Ditto, since Ditto can be knocked out by Gust of Wind and low HP Pokémon easily. 3 Rocket's Sneak Attack can get your opponent off to a bad, slow start that they won't be able to recover from. Last, but not least, is the Goop Gas Attack to stop that darn Dratini, Mime, etc.
Thunder/Special Punch
3 Electabuzz
3 Hitmonchan
3 Scyther
2 Ditto
[Fighting gets some more power. Ditto will launch surprise attacks.] (11)
-------------------
4 Professor Oak
3 PlusPower
3 Item Finder
3 Computer Search
3 Energy Removal
3 Bill
3 Rocket's Sneak Attack
2 Super Energy Removal
2 Scoop Up
2 Gust of Wind
1 Narrow Gym
1 Nightly Garbage Run
1 Switch
1 Goop Gas Attack
[More speed, and card searching/recovering. The Goop prepares you for anything.. I learned in the Tropical Mega Battle that lesson to "expect anyting" after a Japanese player brought out a Chansey and scrunched 8 heads in a row.. I removed the colorless 3 times, yet he had all four of them for his lovely Chansey!] (32)
-------------------
6 Lightning
7 Fighting
4 Double Colorless
[Less energy, so.. more Oaking!] (17)
That's my humble opinion of how to fix your deck!
