This is going to be quite a challenge. Since the arrival of
Neo Discovery, this archetype has basically died (with the appearance of
Igglybuff). Btw, you're a few cards over 60, don't worry, I'll try to make it
all work out at the end...
Pokémon
Your lineup looks decent,
but needs a little work. Drop both the Unown [M]'s, and 1 Unown [D]. Unown [M]
is situational, since all it's good against is Steelix, which Steelix usually
has Igglybuff to counter it anyways. Unown [D] is in there incase of the most
worst scenario ever - Igglybuff + Gust of Wind + Murkrow. If they can pull that
off, you pretty much lost. They Gaze your Dark Vileplume, Gust it, and Mean look
it. Ouch. Unown [D] can help sometimes against Murkrow hitting your bench as
well as Sneasel, but they can always play Igglybuff to counter it, that's the
downfall. With those 3 extra slots, play another Cleffa and 2 Igglybuff. Make
the other 2 Oddish Team Rocket. You do need a couple more Pokémon, so I'll try
to make room below.
Energy
18 Grass Energy O_o Drop 14, to go down to 4 Grass. You
will rarely be using Grass Energy. Early game status is always nice from Oddish
as well as Swordsdance, so 4 should be alright. Also, drop both the Potion and
Full Heal Energy. That gives us 18 slots total. Play 3 Recycle Energy. All
around good card. I'm about to toss in 2 Sneasel in there, so add in 4 Rainbow
Energy. We'll use the extra 11 slots for some needed cards
below...
Trainers
Lets start off by filling those 11 slots, and add in 2
more Professor Oak, 3 Lass, 3 Computer Search and 3 Item Finder. Eeeeeeek + Lass
will give you time to setup while getting Dark Vileplume into play, and a built
up Sneasel/Murkrow. Go ahead and drop all 3 Bill, 1 Switch and 1 Nightly Garbage
Run. Clefable could become a threat to this deck, so I highly suggest 2 Sprout
Tower. Gust of Wind is needed, play 2. Gust something up, Mean look it, and
destroy the bench. With the extra slot in there, add in another Dark Vileplume
for some efficiency.
Now that I think of it, Scyther really isn't needed.
You need more important cards. Go ahead and drop both Scyther, both DCE and 1
Grass Energy. Brock's Mankey(Lv.10) = ownage. Tech one of those little hairy
guys in. If Steelix comes around, you need some denial. Try 2 Super Energy
Removal.
You had over 60 cards. If I did my calculations correct,
everything should fit.
