Looks like you've got a good start here.

1) I can already tell that you're above the rest of
the crop. Simply because most people would have tried
to fit Alakazam and/or Gengar in here as well.
Honestly, you'd think there was a contest on to fit
the most Stage 2's in a deck. But you didn't fall into
that trap, so we're good. The only thing I can see
that might present a problem is the fact that besides
Venusaur, you only have one grass Pokemon/Family in
there. This means that Energy Trans isn't being used
to its best advantage, but what the hell. I assume
that when you put colored energy on a colorless
Pokemon, it's going to be grass energy if possible.
This helps save psy energy, as well as being Energy
Trans fodder and helping you get Venusaur charged
quickly. I'd take out the Clefairy, simply because
they don't really serve a purpose, except being
psy-resistant. Are both of your Mewtwos the movie
promo version? If they are, great, if they're not, get
your hands on some, 'cause Basic Mewtwo kinda sucks.
In fact, why don't you take out Jynx and put in
another Mewtwo. Maybe another Mr. Mime or Scyther
would be in order, since we're taking out Clefairy,
but let's wait and see what space we need, okay?

2) Your Pokemon Traders should be changed to Computer
Searches. Take out at least 1 switch; you shouldn't
have that much trouble with retreating after Venusaur
hits the board. Try taking out the Potions and Super
Potions to fit in some Bills and Energy Removals.
Since we took out Clefairy, let's add in a couple of
Oaks. Pokemon Center would not be a good idea in this
deck because all your psy Pokemon would lose lots of
energy. I think that about wraps us up for the
trainers.

3) Your energy looks okay. Just remember in this deck
that, when you put down grass energy, you will
probably be able to move it later--not so with psy
energy. Place energy with this in mind. And if you
have to sack energy, it's probably best to shed psy
energy, since Mewtwo can get it back later.

Other ideas include: Putting Super Potion back
in--take out perhaps a Bill, an ER, or a Mewtwo.
Normally I don't recommend Super Potion, but with
Venusaur it's not horrible. Until you can get the
Movie Mewtwos, I'd recommend taking out Mewtwo
altogether and replacing him with more Jynx, Mr. Mime,
or Scyther. And don't freak out trying to get the
promos--they're nice, but this deck will be fine
without them.
