the East Coast STS main tournaments. Any cards from the Team Rocket, Gym

Heroes, Gym Challenge, and Neo Genesis sets. Sneasel is banned for this

format."

numbered black star promo cards, except for Birthday Pikachu and Ancient

Mew. As for pre-release or foil stamped cards, they must be a card form one

of the 4 allowed sets, otherwise they cannot be used. So foil stamped

Brock's Vulpix is allowed, pre-release Aerodactyl is not."

(don't have to rush out and get enough Gym energy). Remember Double

Colorless energy is NOT basic and so is NOT allowed in this format."

for the main tournaments at the ESTS. The qualifiers are still unlimited

format."
