Attack of the Spirit Puppets
I sort of bypassed this card when I first read it.
Shikigami decks I always thought of as a little odd
and interesting, but not tournament material.
However, this card does have versatility and is
helpful overall to army and swarming decks. When a
character w/ low deck cost attacks, such as a good
number of Wolf cards, it gain +3 to all colors.
Shikigami gain +5. A +5 bonus is huge in the game.
Think about it. How many of you put "On The Move" in
your deck the DAY you got it? It is limited because
of it versitility but I would still run 1-2 or at
least Kaitou them if you run an army/swarm deck.

Attack of the Spirit Puppets.
Finally, we're getting to some Saisei cards. This is
an alright common that
was intended to help Shikigami decks. However, it
will work well in Chibi decks as well. For just a
cost of 1, you get +3 when attacking with a
character of deck cost 1 or less, if a Shikigami, +5
instead, limit 3 per deck. True, Enraged is better,
but this is only limited to 3 copies per deck. If
you are looking for extra boosting power in decks
like Chibis, non-unique demon swarm, or Shikigami,
this can work pretty well. Otherwise,
don't use it. Besides, only really run this in Chibi
if you can't get enough Workin' The Looks.
Pros:
+limit 3
++3 to all attacking colors
+Only costs 1
Cons:
-Only works with characters of deck cost 1 or less
-Enraged, and Koga's Fury will usually be better
