This is sort of like "Noisy Little Thing" only a lot
better in my opinion.
If there are characters or events you really do not
want you opponent to pull next round
*cough*halt*cough* then you can try and get it out
of their deck. Not just out, removed. Therefore, if
they have either a lot of recurrsion or gain bonuses
from graveyard presence, then this might be a good
tool to stall them for a while. However, it does a
have slight drawback, though I don't think anything
massive. Your opponent puts the remaining card back
in any order. Now, if you got 2 or more cards
removed, this effect doesn't matter. Any fewer and
your opponent may get the card he needs after all.
