Suikotsu
Really...honestly...is that second effect even
necessary? A 5, 6, 7 is a strong enough card on its
own. It can take down nearly anything. The added
boost that effects can't stop Suikotsu from
attacking makes him a super-sick character to throw
down and bash things.
That last effect, however, just makes him a near
broken card to play with.
+1 to his attacking color for every BO7 out?! Ooow!
That makes him a
possible 11, 12, 13. Wow!

Suikotsu
This card I really like. He is so broken in so many
ways. First of all, his colors are very strong for a
4 casting character. His first effect is just
awesome. Basically, you're screwed if you (still)
play with “What Are You Doing?” or cards similar to
that. Him in an evil deck or decks like that would
fit perfectly with him. He is a God basically,
especially if you put him in a Band of Seven/Shichinnintai
Deck. Overall, he's just awesome.
Casual Play: 4/5
Tournament Play: 4.8/5 No one's perfect, but he is
better than Bankotsu.
Evil Deck: 4.5/5
Shichinnintai/Band of Seven Deck: 5/5 This is where
he belongs
Art: 4/5 For some reason...I just like it.
