Play when attacking. Your
opponent must discard X cards from the top of his
deck. X = the printed deck cost of the attacked
character. Limit once per turn. (*) Limit 3 copies
per deck.

Blow to the Head
This card is so crazy good it's sickening. You get a
new set of What Strange Peoples for passive and
direct mill decks, not to mention you can use them
almost any time you draw them. Decks with expensive
characters will cringe even more. Mill is already
powerful, and now they get this card that will get
3-5 without using a phase.
Go go using a set of three in pretty much every mill
deck. Heck you can run this in mains decks to make
sure you're ahead in the deck out area. It's your
call.

Blow To the Head
Now we'll go over a card to try and get your
opponent to deck out. Blow to the Head makes your
opponent discard equal to the attacked character's
cost.
Now, if this was all, it's be great. However, this
card has a deck cost of 3. That's fairly steep.
Playing this against the wrong character could
deplete your deck faster then your opponent's. I'd
say only play this against a five-cost or higher
character. The only two deck types to run this in
would be in a deckout deck or if your opponent run
Inuyasha's Father. :)

Blow to the Head
Hello and welcome once again Inu TCG fans! Today, we
are reviewing “Blow to the Head”, a card for mill
decks or potential mill decks. This is a promo card
that recently came out; however, I haven’t seen much
of it in play since its release (mostly because no
one really has it over here…). This deck is pretty
good for a sideboard card because you wouldn’t know
if you are playing a deck that mostly has high
casting characters or low casting characters. True,
discarding from the deck is a powerful trait, but
with a 3 deck cost, it might not be worth it when
you’re against an Imp deck or something similar. It
could help though in mill decks, but I would rather
have it in a sideboard in case.
Casual Play: 3/5
Tournament Play: 3.5/5 Might see some play over here
Mill Decks: 4.3/5 Pretty useful
Side Decked: 5/5 I would if I could
Art: 3.5/5 Doesn’t look like it hurt THAT much…>.>;;
