I played in a little tournament at a place called Dragon Whistle in Sun
Prairie Wisconsin (right outside Madison).  If you lose your out, if you
win you go on. I think 16 people participated. This is my Psychic/Fighting

Round 1-VS-Zak
My friend was playing with a really bad deck. Fire,Grass,Psychic,and
Fighting.  I started with 2 abras, 1 kadabra, 2 psy energys, 1 fighting
energy, and a gust of wind.
He started with normal magmars.  I kept parilyzing him with my abra and
then i evolved into kadabra.  I took out his magmar and he by that time had
a fully powered,  scyther.  but i had a full powered kanksakhan.  he took
30 off my then i got 3 head with comet punch and took him out the next
turn.  i then got a hitmonlee and powered him up and took out magmar (by
that time i had retreated kang. not wanting to take a chance).  he then had
only a mr. mime and my only home was dratini.  i took it out in 4 turns and
i won cause he didn't have any pokemon.

Round 2-VS-?
This guy played a Aerodactyl/colorless deck.  it was hard cause he has an
aero. on his bench since the begining so i wasn't able to use dragonair/ite
or kadabra/zam.  He was fighting with farfetches, lickitungs, and eevees.
luckily my hitmonchan took out 2 eevees and 1 lickitung easily.  but when
he took out aero. and farf.  i got my hitmonchans takin out.   luckily my
abra paralyzed him giving me time to evo. to kadabra.  i took out his aeros
and farfs.  it whas me 6 prizes to 4.

Round 3(Semi-finals)-VS-Chaz
This girl played a starter deck.  i mean EXACTLY.  i don't know how she
made it this far.  my hand- dratini, alakazam, d.c,2 gow, 2 psy energy, 1
fi energy.
his hand -1 machop, 1 machoke, 1 machamp, 4 fighting energy.  (wow i wonder
if that kid has really good "luck"). but she evolved to machamp on her
second turn with only 1 energy on.  by that time it had 20 damage on it and
i drew a bill.  using it i got an abra and a energy removal.  I took it
down to one energy, used abra and paralyzed it so i didn't get hit by the
pkmn power.  in 5 turns (after my abra dying on the 4th) my now dragonair
took it out.  no pkmn on bench=shortest win ever.

Round 4(FINALS!)-VS-the hardest and psychoist beck ever.
This guy played a deck that revolved around commiting suicide.  4 golems, 4
fossil magnetons. to make it short he used comuter searches,and pokemon
traders to get up his big boys so i couldn't kill him without dying myself.
 it was tied with each of us having only 1 prize left ( i took out 3
magnetons and 2 golem)(he took out 2 kadabras, 1 hitmonchan, i kankaskhan,
and 1 dragonite).  he was about to win cause he had 3 energy on his golem
(it had 50 damage) and i had a lonely mewtwo with no energy.  i drew a bill
and got to my luck a psy energy and a energy removal.  i used the removal
and mewtwos energy absorbtion.  so i was fully powered for a knockout blow
and he could'nt do anything about it with only 3 energy.  i psyburned the
next turn and won the tourny.

I won the tourny and for 1st place got the coice of a 1st edition dragonite
holo and 2 random holo cards or 4 fossil packs.  I took the packs cause i
already have a 1st edition dragonite ond got an holo articuno, non holo
gengar, non holo ditto, and hollo aerodactyl.
