Brain Power Deck

Hi Pojo, this is my psychic/colorless tourny winning deck.
these are the cards:

Colorless pokemon:
4 chansey
3 kangaskhan
2 clefairy
1 clefable

Psychic pokemon:
4 abra
3 kadabra
2 alakazam
3 mr mine

Energy:
4 dbl colorless
20 psychic

Trainer cards:
4 super potions
4 scoopups
4 pokemon centers
2 prf oak

  This deck can go a few ways.
Way# 1:  Get chansey out there first, stall with scrunch until you see fit
to crush your opponent. Lots of damage zapping cards to keep him healed, and
also with Alakazam on the table, you can load all the damage chansey deals
to himself on another chansey, or a kangaskahn, and then scoop up or pokemon
center those sponging pokemon so they are once again fresh from damage.

Way# 2:  Get mr.mime out and just keep moving the 20 damage he takes to
bigger pokemon with alakazam. Then heal all that damage off of him.
Mr.mime's attack does good damage too,so this way works very well.

Way# 3:  Put kangaskhan out as your starting pokemon, and then fetch until
he dies. This will give you a nice full bench to beat on your opponent.
Also, you could build on kangaskahn to do his huge comet punch attack.

This deck also has clefable, which has an amazing attack that allows you to
copy any move for only 1 energy. So you can use firespin against charizard
for only 1 energy, and you dont have to discard any energy.

What I usualy do is put out kangaskahn first, and fetch until he dies.
And then I use chansey to do my killing and move his damage around with
alakazam, and then heal the damage with my trainer cards.

I put this deck in one tournament at Comic Connection in Hamilton Ontario,
Canada.
There were about 20 people in the tournyment, and a round robin took place
where everyone plays 10 people. The top 10 of the 20 go on to a playoff. My
record in the round robin was 9-1. my one loss was due to mr.mine being my
only starting pokemon against my opponent's machop.
I placed 1rst overall in the round robin.

There were 3 rounds in the playoffs and each round is best of 3.
the first round was againt a plant/colorless deck. I one this 2 to 1.

second round was against an old school electric psychic deck with only one
jungle card, the jungle pikachu. I won this one 2 to 0.

the finals. I played against a scyther and electrabuzz based hay maker. This
guy was good, but i ended up taking it 2 to 1.

I won 3 jungle boosters. wohoo.
