Hey Scott,
    This tourney was held at Zainy Brainy in Northridge, California (again)
on October 3, 1999.  There were about 15-20 people this time because most of
them were eliminated last time because they didn't know the rules.  The
report will be after the deck.

Here's the deck:

Round 1:  me vs John (from last time) Water/Psychic deck
He used the same deck as last time and i guess he never learns.  This time he
started out with abra and me with jigglypuff.  I go first and attach water
energy.  Lullaby.  He wakes up next turn. No pokemon on bench and attacks. 
Heads, i'm paralyzed, but no damage.  My turn, I lay Squirtle on bench and
energy on jigglypuff.  His turn.  Still no pokemon on bench.  He attacks but
no paralysis this time. I lay energy on squirtle, attack with jigglypuff and
he's down to ten hp.  His turn, lay energy down on abra for no reason and
attacks.  He gets a tails.  HEHE.  My turn he's dead and i win.  Flips over
his prizes and sees 3 starus, 2 breeders and a energy removal.  He probably
only has 6 basics in his deck.

Record 1-0

Round 2:  Matthew with a mono-fire deck
He starts out with two charmanders and i start out with a magikarp (i am SOOO
lucky).  He wins the coin flip (more luck).  He lays fire energy and
scratches.  I'm down to 20.  I lay water energy on magikarp, but i still
don't have a pokemon on my bench.  I tackle.  He's down to 30 due to
weakness.  He has no more energies (yes) and scratches again. i'm down to 10.
 I draw a squirtle and lay it on the bench. I lay an energy on squirtle and
flail.  That kills him.  I get Pokemon Trader from my prize.  He brings out
the other charmander and evolves into charmeleon with NO energies on him.  My
turn.  I flail 40 damage due to weakness.  He gets a ponyta on his bench and
lays energy.  My turn.  I get a Kangaskhan and lay him on the bench and lay
an energy on him. flail. KO.  I draw an energy from my prizes.  He brings out
ponyta and lays another energy.  Flame tail. He gets a prize.  I bring out
squirtle hoping to make it a quick game.  Bubble.  The coin flips,  rolls
around kangaskhan and squirtle.  HEADS.  Wait a second, he says it hit me.  I
flip it again TAILS NO!
Ponyta is down to 20.  He forgets to draw his card, but i remind him cuz i
felt sorry.  He flame tails.  I'm down to 10.  Bubble ko. I win.

Final Round
Me vs Brian?? with Haymaker with aerodactyl
i start with Chansey, breeder and the rest energies. He starts hitmonchan. 
He goes first.  lays fossil down. energy on hitmonchan.  Jab for 40.  I draw
a Pokemon trader with no pokemon in my hand.  energy on Chansey.  HIs turn. 
Lays energy on Hitmonchan.  Jab for 40. I'm down to 40 Hp.  My turn. 
Squirtle comes to the rescue (NOT).  i lay energy on chansey. scrunch fails. 
His turn, energy on hitmonchan and evolves into AERODACTYL.  KO's chansey.  I
draw a wartortle, but can't evolve.  Squirtle is out there by himself.
Bubble, HEADS. yes.  He can't do anything but bring out electabuzz and lay
energy on him.  I bill, and get energy retrieval and energy removal.  I
removal Hitmonchan.  bubble. tails. He draws a card lays energy on hitmonchan
and ko's poor squirtle. He wins.

Record 2-1

Can't ever seem to get better than second place.  get 2 fossil boosters.  I
get moltres and hitmonlee.
