Tourney was held in Chesterfield, VA at Pokemon
League.

Round 1:
Cameron "Raindance w/ a little
electric"
We both open with Electabuzz I go first. I am
able to get Mr. Mime and Scyther on my bench. Thundershock his 'buzz. He puts
an energy on buzz and benches Squirtle. Thundershock no paralyze. I add fire
nrg to buzz and gust his Squirtle, then I Thunderpunch. He sends buzz out and
benches Eevee. Thundershock, paralyzes. I scoop up buzz, send Scyther out,
retreat and send buzz back out with an energy. Nrg removal and thundershock.
No energy for him he passes. I thunderpunch with a pluspower whick knocks him
out. Eevee's out but no energy! I thundershock. He passes, and I thunderpunch
with a lucky heads I win. Dude was getting energy denialed!
Round 2:
Addison "all fighting"
He played with mostly ground Pokemon. Scyther and
Mime dominated, very short game.
Round 3:
Carlton "Turbo Wiggly"
NOTE: Carlton is really good, after our game he modified
his deck to a Wiggly Gengar, but that deck is now a pure Gengar deck.
Ok I start with Magmar he with Machop. I
attach fire to Magmar and smokescreen. He benches Jiggly and Duduo. Low kick
doesn't work. I bench buzz and add electric to him. Smokescreen again. He
beefs up Jiggly with a DCE and low kicks me. I get another fire,
energy remove the dumb DCE(Wiggly deck are very vulnerable to this), he gets
mad, and I Smog. He adds nrg to Jiggly, searches for a Wiggly, evolves,
and low kicks. I bench Mime and Scyther. I use scoop up on Magmar, send
Scyther, retreat for Mag, and add energy on him(Magmar annoys him a
lot!), then I KO Machop. He sends the Wiggly Machine out with
only a Duduo and another Machop on his bench. He lullubys. I wake up. I add
energy to Electabuzz, retreat Magmar, and for the rest of the game I dominate
with Magmar and Electabuzz. A pluspower helped me against machop. I end
up winning 6-0, sorry man.
I won and got 4 Fossil Boosters
I might use my Gengar deck a little next
week.
