on 11-26-99 about 20 people entered it was single elimination

round 1: me vs. Ralph

Ralph was playing a mono-fighting deck

i get the coin flip my hand was mr.mime and gaslty, 3 psychic,1 bill 1
grass energy
I go first he puts a machop down and puts sandsherw and geodude on the
bench
I put gaslty down and I draw a card I get chansey I put psychic energy
on gastly and use bill get haunter and venonat i use lick paralyzes.
His turn he draws an energy retriva and does nothing my turn. i evolve
into haunter put psychic energy and nightmares. The rest of the game
goes like this due to transparency and resistance I win score 1-0

Round 2:Me vs. Lenny with 4 charizard deck
This guy got on my nerves with charizard is the best and my deck is the
best cause it has four charizards

i win the coin flip i get Mr. mime {I think iam gonna need him...} and
jigglypuff and rest are energies I put jigglypuff out and mimeon the
bench he puts magmar outand charmander on the bench. i draw a alakazam I
put psychic energy down and lullaby.His turn puts energy on magmar and
uses breeder to evolves into charizard.My turn I draw a chancey put him
on bench and i put another psychic energy on jigglypuff and pounds 30 hp
left on his magmar.His turn he puts DCE on charizard i put energy on
mime and i pound 10 hp left for magmar oh and i draw bill but i save him
for now. he puts fire energy on charizard.My turn i draw arbaand put
energy on mime and I kill his magmar and my prize is kadabra i get
alakzam.His turn he puts a three energy charizard out and draws a fire
energy he kills jiggly he draws a charizard for a prize. I put out mime
attach an energy and meditate for 10. His turn he draws another DCE and
does fire spin and says your dead then i sayed i am not I got invisible
wall and he gives me this little cry baby grin. for the next 5or 6 turns
he gets no basic what so ever and you know how this game went.

Round 3: Me vs. Steven with haymaker? maybe plain old fighting

i start with chansey and scyther he starts out with hitmochan I win the
filp

i put chansey out and attach an energy to chansey and i draw a bill.His
turn he attachs an energy to hitmochan and jabs for 40 due to weakness i
get another energy and scruch heads yes!
he draws a plus power and does nothing. my turn attach energy and scruch
heads again yes
draws another plus power.my turn attach an energy and double edge i win
due to no basic and i had scyther.

game 4 Ryan with rain dance

He wins the filp he gets squritle, seel, he puts squritle out and seel
on bench i start with a god hand 2 scythers 1 mr mime venomoth 2 psychic
1 grass energys i put scyther out.his turn he attaches water energy on
squrtle and does bubblebeam and does not paralizes. my turn attach
energy on scyther and i draw a bill use bill and i get com. search and
venonat.his turn. he puts water energy on squrtle and bubblebeams again
does not paralize. my turn i draw i grass energy attach an energy to
scyther and i sword dance.his turn he draws another squrtle and
withdraws and fails.slash killed him i get an arba has my prize. his
turn he gets an breeder and turns squritle into blastorise he puts seel
out and rain dances to attach an energy to both of them head butts
scyther.my turn i put energy on mime and i draw a bill and slash seel.
he rain dances blastorise and has three energy on him now. and head
butts me. i retreat for free and mime is out i attach an energy to mime
and meditate for the kill and i draw an haunterfor my prize. his turn
draws articuno and rain dances articuno.my turn for the next 4or 5 turns
i ko blastorise using meditatemy prize is gengar . then gets aritcuno
out same thinglike blastorise epxect he gets squrtle and poli wag i
edventually get all my prizes with mr mime and scythers.

Final round Me vs cartrina with cute animal deck
whoa this was like the most toughest fight i ever had

I win the filp. i get mewtwo promo scyther and arba 2 psychic energy and
a bill she gets 2 clefariy 1jiggly i put out scyther she puts out
clefariy.my turn i draw a bill i use both my bills which i get alakazam
grass energy chansey and jigglypuff i put grass on scyther.her turn puts
fire energy on clefariy and sings fails. i draw a wigglytuff and
psychic energy on scyther and i sword dancess. her turn she gets DCE and
metornomes me and slashs me. i get another scyther put energy on active
scyther and slashes for 60 killing clefariy. she puts out another
clefairy she draws a clefable!!! GREAT puts an energy on clefable and
slashes me.i put energy on my jigglyi retreat and jiggly lullabys her
turn doesent wake up and draws another clefairy {great} i put energy on
jiggly and pounds 50 hp left on clefable. she pounds me and draws a
wiggly. my turn i draw an energy elvole into wiggly and kill clefable
with do the wave. she gets her last pokemon jillgypuff attaches DCE and
pounds me i do the wave for the win.

this was the hardest game i got first place undefeated i got 2 of each
booster packs i got a charizard, breeder, flareon,mr mime both holo non
holo articuno and and i gave cartrina a bosster pack for a great game
she got a dragonite holo we both plan to face each other again in the
next tournamnt
