the point of this deck is to beat your opponents down quickley with lectric pokemon, or disable them with psychic pokemon. the potions are in the deck to cure damage, be it self enflicted or not, and the bills and oaks are to make sure that you never have an empty hand. I'm probibly going to take the energy removals out of the deck later on, and maby add in another computer search, or possibly additional basic pokemon, like jynx or electrabuz. also playtesting in your environment will enable you to edit this deck as you see fit.
